  Expands to: http://desperate4jesus.org/bin/script
  Example: To get the authenticated version of the current topic you can write  %SCRIPTURL{"viewauth"}%/%WEB%/%TOPIC% which expands to http://desperate4jesus.org/bin/viewauth/TWiki/VarSCRIPTURL2
