SETGETDUMP{...} -- dump persistent variables

Dump persistent name/values previously set with %SET{}%. The %SETGETDUMP{}%, %SET{}%, and %GET{}% variables are handled by the SetGetPlugin.
Syntax: %SETGETDUMP{ format="..." separator="..." }%
